ATEC Steel & the T.F. Warren Group are pleased to announce the purchase of Tank & Refinery Services Company, Inc. (TARSCO), effective September 28, 2007, through a joint venture agreement.

TARSCO, located in Santa Fe Springs, California, just outside of Los Angeles, is active in new tank construction and tank maintenance throughout the West Coast and Puerto Rico. TARSCO is a family owned business with a 26 year history. With close to 90 employees, TARSCO is highly regarded in the industry for their safety record, quality assurance and field construction services offered.
